How We Work

Every project begins with a consultation — a straightforward conversation to understand what you need and whether we are the right fit to deliver it. From there, we agree on a clear scope of work before anything begins.

Throughout every project, we keep you informed. You will always know where things stand, what is coming next, and who to speak to if you have a question. We do not disappear once a brief is signed.

Our process follows three broad stages:

• Discovery & Planning: We take the time to understand your business, your goals, and your audience before we write a single line of code.

• Development & Review: We build in stages, sharing progress along the way and incorporating your feedback before we move forward.

• Launch & Support: We handle the technical side of going live and remain available after launch to ensure everything is working as it should.
  

How We Price

We do not use opaque pricing structures or surprise charges. Our fees reflect the scope of work agreed at the outset, and any changes to that scope are discussed and confirmed in writing before additional costs are incurred.

We offer both project-based pricing for one-off builds and monthly plans for ongoing services such as website maintenance and brand reputation management. Details are available on request.

Our Tools & Ecosystem

We build on WordPress because it is open-source, well-supported, widely understood, and gives our clients genuine ownership of their website. We use WooCommerce for e-commerce, along with a considered selection of reputable plugins and tools chosen for their reliability and compatibility.

We do not use proprietary platforms that lock you in. Everything we build is yours.

Media, Content & Attribution

This website incorporates a combination of original content produced by Alpi Digitali and openly licensed third-party resources. Where we have used external assets – including images, icons, or code libraries – we have done so in accordance with the applicable licences.
